- As a reminder, the assessor will visit all properties that have pulled a
building permit in order to accurately and fairly assess the
property.
- Also, in accordance with state guidelines stating that properties be re-inspected every five years, the assessor may be out visiting select neighborhoods in the township.
- Please note that I may be out in the field during office hours. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please contact me.
- If you plan on splitting your property, you must file a land division
application with the assessor. Land division applications are
available at the township hall.
